Keep a glass of cold water or plain Champagne to hand to reset the palate between tins.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eStorage and serving\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eRefrigerate as soon as it arrives, ideally in the coldest part of the fridge at 0 to 4°C, and keep the tin sealed until you are ready to serve. Once opened, enjoy within 48 hours.
