Storage
- Follow the storage directions on the pack until opening.
- Chill it in the fridge for a few hours before serving, as a cold bloc slices most cleanly.
- Once opened, wrap any leftover bloc tightly and keep it refrigerated.
- Keep it away from strong-smelling foods, which the fat can pick up.
Serving
- Take the chilled bloc out about 20 minutes before serving so the flavour comes through.
- Slice with a thin knife warmed in hot water for neat, even slices.
- Serve with warm toast or brioche and a spoonful of fig chutney or Sauternes jelly.
- Pour a glass of Sauternes or Tokaji alongside.
- For canapés, cut small squares and set them on toast rounds with a dot of fig chutney.

Orders after 3PM on Thursday will likely be dispatched the following working day (usually Monday) so if you need your order urgently please do get in touch with us. We pack all orders with multiple ice packs to ensure they arrive fresh and chilled so don't worry if it takes an extra day to arrive.
Same-day delivery is available in some London areas.
Our caviar lasts for 3-6 months, but once opened should be consumed within 3-4 days.

The majority of our orders are delivered via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service (up to the value of £250), with the rest going via DHL Domestic Express or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
