Luxury Food Hampers

A good hamper should feel generous without being padded out. Our luxury food hampers come in large traditional wicker baskets, packed with the best of our larder: French foie gras, Keta salmon caviar, Sauternes, truffle treats and handmade chocolates. They make classic Christmas hampers, and are just as welcome as a thank you or a celebration at any time of year. The Super Hamper, from £256, holds whole duck and goose foie gras, Keta and lumpfish caviar, Nemiroff vodka, Château Suduiraut Sauternes, Sauternes jelly, fig confit, truffle oil and white truffle honey, with Iain Burnett and Summerdown chocolates. The Really Super Hamper, from £331, adds House Champagne, lobster butter and bloc de foie gras. The Fantastic Hamper, from £390, is our most lavish, with 400g of Icelandic smoked salmon, minced black truffles and two jars of salmon caviar. Each of these three can be upgraded with a tin of Italian Oscietra from 50g to 500g, which turns a fine hamper into a memorable one. The Meat-Free Luxury Hamper with Caviar includes 50g of white sturgeon caviar with smoked salmon, roes, Champagne and truffle treats, and suits pescatarian friends and family. For a hamper chosen item by item, the Build Your Own Luxury Hamper is an empty wicker basket that we pack with anything from our range. Hampers contain chilled items such as foie gras, salmon caviar and smoked salmon, so unpack and refrigerate them as soon as the hamper arrives. Store cupboard items, wines and chocolates can stay in the basket somewhere cool and dark. Chill the Champagne to 7 to 9°C before opening, and take foie gras out of the fridge about 20 minutes before serving.
