About French Duck Rillettes 130g
Rillettes are one of the great pleasures of French country cooking, and these from Maison Godard in the Périgord are perhaps the best we have tried. Slow-cooked duck is shredded and set in its own fat, giving a rich, spreadable texture.

Storage
- Keep the unopened jar in the larder at room temperature.
- Once opened, refrigerate and finish within two days.
- Smooth the surface and keep the lid on in the fridge so the fat protects the meat.
Serving
- If the jar has been in the fridge, take it out about 20 minutes ahead so the rillettes soften and spread easily.
- Spread on lightly toasted bread or fresh baguette.
- Serve with cornichons and a sharply dressed green salad to cut the richness.
- A spoonful of fig chutney on the side works well too.

Orders after 3PM on Thursday will likely be dispatched the following working day (usually Monday) so if you need your order urgently please do get in touch with us. We pack all orders with multiple ice packs to ensure they arrive fresh and chilled so don't worry if it takes an extra day to arrive.
Same-day delivery is available in some London areas.
Our caviar lasts for 3-6 months, but once opened should be consumed within 3-4 days.

The majority of our orders are delivered via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service (up to the value of £250), with the rest going via DHL Domestic Express or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
