Everything needed for a proper caviar tasting, beautifully packed in our black gift box. Three of our most loved caviars come with a glass serving bowl, hand-carved horn spoons, cocktail blinis and an insulated cool bag, so the lucky recipient needs nothing else but a bottle of something cold.

Choose three tins of 50g, 125g or 250g each. The set costs less than buying everything separately, and the 250g version is a serious party piece.
The black gift box closes with a magnetic seal, so the caviar can be taken out and refrigerated on arrival and the gift put back together later.
Blinis have a fairly short shelf life, so please do not leave the gift too long before giving it.

Storage
- Open the box on arrival and refrigerate the three caviar tins at 0 to 4°C; the magnetic seal lets you put the gift back together later.
- Blinis have a fairly short shelf life, so check the date on the pack and do not hold the gift back too long.
- Keep the caviar sealed until serving and eat each tin within 48 hours of opening.
- Wash the glass bowl by hand, and rinse the horn spoons in warm water and dry them straight away rather than soaking them or using the dishwasher.
Serving
- Fill the glass bowl with crushed ice and set the tins in it about ten minutes after taking them from the fridge.
- Warm the blinis briefly in a low oven or a dry pan just before serving.
- Taste in order from Siberian to Oscietra to Royal Beluga, using the horn spoons.
- Add crème fraîche and a bottle of cold Champagne or vodka, the only things the box leaves to you.
- Use the cool bag if you are taking the caviar to a picnic or another house.
Ingredients and allergens
Caviar: sturgeon roe (fish), salt, E285 (borax). Contains fish. Blinis: contain egg, milk and gluten.

Delivery and returns
We aim to process and dispatch the majority of your caviar orders same-day when placed before 3PM Monday to Thursday, and 92% of them will be delivered on the next working day.
Orders after 3PM on Thursday will likely be dispatched the following working day (usually Monday) so if you need your order urgently please do get in touch with us. We pack all orders with multiple ice packs to ensure they arrive fresh and chilled so don't worry if it takes an extra day to arrive.
Same-day delivery is available in some London areas.
Our caviar lasts for 3-6 months, but once opened should be consumed within 3-4 days.

The majority of our orders are delivered via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service (up to the value of £250), with the rest going via DHL Domestic Express or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

How do I keep a caviar gift fresh until I give it?
Take the caviar out on arrival and keep it in the fridge at 0 to 4°C. The box has a magnetic seal, so you can reassemble the gift just before handing it over, but give it fairly soon as the blinis do not keep long.
