Care
- Wash by hand in warm soapy water and rinse well, as hand-blown glass is best kept out of the dishwasher.
- Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as pouring hot water into a dish straight from the ice.
- Dry with a lint-free cloth to keep the glass clear and sparkling.
- Store it upright and on its own so the rim is not chipped by other glassware.
How to use it
- Fill a slightly wider bowl with crushed ice and nestle the conical dish into it.
- Spoon in 75 to 150g of caviar just before guests sit down, allowing roughly 25g per person.
- Serve with mother of pearl or horn spoons, never metal.
- Keep the ice topped up during serving so the caviar stays cold without freezing.
- Set blinis, crème fraîche and a chilled bottle of Champagne alongside.

We aim to process and dispatch the majority of your caviar orders same-day when placed before 3PM Monday to Thursday, and 92% of them will be delivered on the next working day.
Orders after 3PM on Thursday will likely be dispatched the following working day (usually Monday) so if you need your order urgently please do get in touch with us. We pack all orders with multiple ice packs to ensure they arrive fresh and chilled so don't worry if it takes an extra day to arrive.
Same-day delivery is available in some London areas.
Our caviar lasts for 3-6 months, but once opened should be consumed within 3-4 days.

The majority of our orders are delivered via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service (up to the value of £250), with the rest going via DHL Domestic Express or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
