How do you use a caviar bowl with a glass insert?
Fill the outer silver bowl with crushed ice and sit the glass insert on top, then spoon the caviar into the insert. The ice keeps it cold while you serve.

How should I clean a silver plated caviar bowl?
Wash it by hand in warm soapy water, dry it straight away and buff it with a soft cloth. Keep it out of the dishwasher, which can dull and damage silver plate.
