Caviar and ice-cold vodka is one of the great pairings, and this gift box has everything for it. Our three best selling caviars are joined by a 70cl bottle of Sapling vodka, distilled in London from British wheat, along with horn spoons, cocktail blinis and an insulated cool bag.

Choose three tins of 50g, 125g or 250g each. Put the vodka in the freezer a few hours before serving and pour it into small, chilled glasses.
The black gift box closes with a magnetic seal, so the caviar can be taken out and refrigerated on arrival and the gift put back together later.

Storage
- Lift the caviar out on arrival and keep it in the fridge at 0 to 4°C; the magnetic seal means the box can be reassembled later.
- Store the vodka upright somewhere cool, then put it in the freezer a few hours before serving.
- Keep each tin sealed until you serve it and finish it within 48 hours once opened.
- Use the blinis fairly soon, as they have a short shelf life.
- Clean the horn spoons with warm water and dry them at once; keep them out of the dishwasher.
Serving
- Pour the vodka from the freezer into small, chilled glasses.
- Take the caviar from the fridge about ten minutes ahead and serve the tins on crushed ice.
- Warm the cocktail blinis and top each with a little crème fraîche and caviar.
- Taste the Siberian first, then the Oscietra, then the Royal Beluga, with a sip of vodka between each.

Caviar: sturgeon roe (fish), salt, E285 (borax). Contains fish. Blinis: contain egg, milk and gluten. Vodka: contains alcohol. Not for sale to anyone under 18.

Delivery and returns
We aim to process and dispatch the majority of your caviar orders same-day when placed before 3PM Monday to Thursday, and 92% of them will be delivered on the next working day.
Orders after 3PM on Thursday will likely be dispatched the following working day (usually Monday) so if you need your order urgently please do get in touch with us. We pack all orders with multiple ice packs to ensure they arrive fresh and chilled so don't worry if it takes an extra day to arrive.
Same-day delivery is available in some London areas.
Our caviar lasts for 3-6 months, but once opened should be consumed within 3-4 days.

The majority of our orders are delivered via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service (up to the value of £250), with the rest going via DHL Domestic Express or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
