Conservas, as the Spanish and Portuguese call them, have long been prized on the Continent. These are made in small batches by a craft cannery in Dorset and are some of the best tinned fish we have tasted. The cannery also handles molluscs, nuts and milk, so traces may be present.

Storage
- Store the tin unopened in the cupboard at room temperature.
- Use by the best before date shown on the tin.
- Once opened, transfer any remaining hake and oil to a covered dish in the fridge and use within a day or two.
Serving
- Have crusty bread on the table to mop up the rosemary and garlic oil.
- Make a warm salad with purple sprouting broccoli, a soft-boiled egg and the hake flaked over the top.
- For a quick supper, spoon onto hot toast with a squeeze of lemon.

Hake (fish) 70%, extra virgin olive oil 26%, capers, rosemary, garlic. Made in a cannery that also handles molluscs, nuts and milk, so traces may be present.

Delivery and returns
We aim to process and dispatch the majority of your caviar orders same-day when placed before 3PM Monday to Thursday, and 92% of them will be delivered on the next working day.
Orders after 3PM on Thursday will likely be dispatched the following working day (usually Monday) so if you need your order urgently please do get in touch with us. We pack all orders with multiple ice packs to ensure they arrive fresh and chilled so don't worry if it takes an extra day to arrive.
Same-day delivery is available in some London areas.
Our caviar lasts for 3-6 months, but once opened should be consumed within 3-4 days.

The majority of our orders are delivered via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service (up to the value of £250), with the rest going via DHL Domestic Express or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
