Storage
- Refrigerate the caviar on arrival at 0 to 4°C; the magnetic seal means you can reassemble the box before giving it.
- Keep the half bottle in a cool, dark place until it is time to chill it.
- Chill the Champagne for about two hours in the fridge, as a half bottle cools faster than a full one.
- Once opened, the caviar should be finished within 48 hours.
Serving
- Pour the Pol Roger at 7 to 9°C into two tulip or flute glasses.
- Take the Oscietra out ten minutes beforehand and serve the tin on crushed ice.
- The 30g tin makes a generous taste for two, and 50g allows for blinis as well.
- Use the cool bag to keep the caviar cold if you are heading out for a picnic or an evening away.

Caviar: sturgeon roe (fish), salt, E285 (borax). Contains fish. Champagne: contains alcohol. Not for sale to anyone under 18.

Delivery and returns
We aim to process and dispatch the majority of your caviar orders same-day when placed before 3PM Monday to Thursday, and 92% of them will be delivered on the next working day.
Orders after 3PM on Thursday will likely be dispatched the following working day (usually Monday) so if you need your order urgently please do get in touch with us. We pack all orders with multiple ice packs to ensure they arrive fresh and chilled so don't worry if it takes an extra day to arrive.
Same-day delivery is available in some London areas.
Our caviar lasts for 3-6 months, but once opened should be consumed within 3-4 days.

The majority of our orders are delivered via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service (up to the value of £250), with the rest going via DHL Domestic Express or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
