About the contents
The caviar comes from pure Siberian sturgeon reared on the oldest outdoor farm in Italy: dark, well-defined eggs with a mild, clean flavour and a hint of citrus. The Champagne is aged for three years before release and is fresh and fruity with the structure of Pinot Noir and the finesse of Chardonnay.
The black gift box closes with a magnetic seal, so the caviar can be taken out and refrigerated on arrival and the gift put back together later.

Storage
- Lift the caviar tin out of the gift box as soon as it arrives and refrigerate it in the coldest part of the fridge, at 0 to 4°C.
- Keep the tin sealed until serving, then finish the caviar within 48 hours of opening.
- Never freeze the caviar, as freezing ruins the texture of the eggs.
- Store the Champagne lying down somewhere cool and dark, away from heat and bright light.
- The magnetic box can be put back together once the tin is chilled, so the gift still looks its best when it is handed over.
Serving
- Chill the Champagne to 7 to 9°C, either for a few hours in the fridge or 20 to 30 minutes in an ice bucket.
- Bring the caviar out about ten minutes beforehand and serve it in the glass bowl, or straight from the tin set on crushed ice.
- Use the spoons provided rather than metal cutlery, which can leave a faint tinny note on the eggs.
- As a guide, the 50g tin serves two to three, 125g a small dinner party and 250g a proper celebration.
- Enjoy the caviar from the spoon first, then on blinis with a little crème fraîche, with a glass of the Champagne alongside.

Caviar: sturgeon roe (fish), salt, E285 (borax). Borax is a traditional caviar salt that helps preservation and rounds out the flavour. Contains fish. Champagne: contains alcohol. Not for sale to anyone under 18.

Delivery and returns
We aim to process and dispatch the majority of your caviar orders same-day when placed before 3PM Monday to Thursday, and 92% of them will be delivered on the next working day.
Orders after 3PM on Thursday will likely be dispatched the following working day (usually Monday) so if you need your order urgently please do get in touch with us. We pack all orders with multiple ice packs to ensure they arrive fresh and chilled so don't worry if it takes an extra day to arrive.
Same-day delivery is available in some London areas.
Our caviar lasts for 3-6 months, but once opened should be consumed within 3-4 days.

The majority of our orders are delivered via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service (up to the value of £250), with the rest going via DHL Domestic Express or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
