All the indulgence of our Really Super Hamper with no meat at all, which makes it a thoughtful choice for pescatarian friends and family. Storage
- Refrigerate the white sturgeon caviar, smoked salmon, roes and lobster butter as soon as the hamper arrives.
- Keep the caviar tin sealed at 0 to 4°C and eat it within 48 hours of opening.
- Lay the Champagne down somewhere cool and dark, and keep the vodka upright ready for the freezer.
- The truffle oils, truffle honey and black truffle Dijon mustard can be kept in a cool cupboard until opened.
- Store the chocolates cool and dry, away from strong smells.
Serving
- Serve the white sturgeon caviar on crushed ice with a mother of pearl spoon, ten minutes after taking it out of the fridge.
- Build a canapé platter of warm cocktail blinis topped with Keta, black lumpfish and red lumpfish roe and a little crème fraîche.
- Smoked salmon on brown bread with a touch of black truffle Dijon mustard makes a quick, smart starter.
- Chill the House Champagne to 7 to 9°C and serve the Nemiroff straight from the freezer.
- Spread the lobster butter on warm toast, or melt a little over the smoked salmon blinis.
Delivery and returns
We aim to process and dispatch the majority of your caviar orders same-day when placed before 3PM Monday to Thursday, and 92% of them will be delivered on the next working day.
Orders after 3PM on Thursday will likely be dispatched the following working day (usually Monday) so if you need your order urgently please do get in touch with us. We pack all orders with multiple ice packs to ensure they arrive fresh and chilled so don't worry if it takes an extra day to arrive.
Same-day delivery is available in some London areas.
Our caviar lasts for 3-6 months, but once opened should be consumed within 3-4 days.

The majority of our orders are delivered via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service (up to the value of £250), with the rest going via DHL Domestic Express or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
