Have it with eggs for breakfast, on crackers with cream cheese and pickles, on decent toast, or flaked through a salad.
Conservas, as the Spanish and Portuguese call them, have long been prized on the Continent. These are made in small batches by a craft cannery in Dorset and are some of the best tinned fish we have tasted. The cannery also handles molluscs, nuts and milk, so traces may be present.

Storage
- Keep the unopened tin in a cool, dry cupboard; no refrigeration is needed.
- Check the best before date on the tin.
- Once opened, move any leftover trout and oil into a covered container, refrigerate and eat within a day or two.
- Do not keep opened fish in the tin itself.
Serving
- Serve at room temperature to enjoy the smoke and the oil at their best.
- Flake onto buttered toast or crackers with cream cheese and pickles.
- Fold through scrambled eggs for breakfast, or scatter over a green salad with new potatoes.
- Use the olive oil in the tin as part of the dressing; it carries plenty of flavour.
- One 112g tin makes a light lunch for one or canapés for three or four.

Delivery and returns
We aim to process and dispatch the majority of your caviar orders same-day when placed before 3PM Monday to Thursday, and 92% of them will be delivered on the next working day.
Orders after 3PM on Thursday will likely be dispatched the following working day (usually Monday) so if you need your order urgently please do get in touch with us. We pack all orders with multiple ice packs to ensure they arrive fresh and chilled so don't worry if it takes an extra day to arrive.
Same-day delivery is available in some London areas.
Our caviar lasts for 3-6 months, but once opened should be consumed within 3-4 days.

The majority of our orders are delivered via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service (up to the value of £250), with the rest going via DHL Domestic Express or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
