About Pol Roger, Caviar & Chocolate Gift Set
A little bit of everything, and all of it very good. A half bottle of Pol Roger, 50g of our House Selection caviar and a tin of chocolate orangettes make a gift that is hard to get wrong.

The caviar is pure Baerii from the oldest flow-through farm in Italy, mild and clean with citrus undertones. The orangettes are candied orange peel in rich dark chocolate, made in the Scottish Highlands.
The black gift box closes with a magnetic seal, so the caviar can be taken out and refrigerated on arrival and the gift put back together later.

Storage
- Refrigerate the caviar on arrival at 0 to 4°C and keep it sealed until the moment of serving.
- Eat the caviar within 48 hours once the tin is opened, and do not freeze it.
- Store the Pol Roger on its side in a cool, dark place.
- Keep the orangettes in a cool, dry cupboard away from anything with a strong smell.
Serving
- Half bottles chill quickly: two hours in the fridge or 15 to 20 minutes in an ice bucket brings the Pol Roger to 7 to 9°C.
- Allow the caviar ten minutes out of the fridge, then serve it on crushed ice with a mother of pearl, horn or glass spoon.
- A 37.5cl bottle pours about three glasses, just right alongside 50g of caviar for two.
- Save the orangettes for afterwards, with coffee or the last glass of Champagne.
Ingredients and allergens
Caviar: sturgeon roe (fish), salt, E285 (borax). Borax is a traditional caviar salt that helps preservation and rounds out the flavour. Contains fish. Chocolates: contain soya and may contain traces of milk, nuts and sulphur dioxide. Champagne: contains alcohol. Not for sale to anyone under 18.

Delivery and returns
We aim to process and dispatch the majority of your caviar orders same-day when placed before 3PM Monday to Thursday, and 92% of them will be delivered on the next working day.
Orders after 3PM on Thursday will likely be dispatched the following working day (usually Monday) so if you need your order urgently please do get in touch with us. We pack all orders with multiple ice packs to ensure they arrive fresh and chilled so don't worry if it takes an extra day to arrive.
Same-day delivery is available in some London areas.
Our caviar lasts for 3-6 months, but once opened should be consumed within 3-4 days.

The majority of our orders are delivered via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service (up to the value of £250), with the rest going via DHL Domestic Express or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
