About The Really Super Hamper
The Really Super Hamper steps things up with a bottle of our House Champagne, lobster butter and a wider spread of foie gras, alongside salmon caviar, Sauternes and handmade chocolates. A properly impressive gift that arrives in a large wicker hamper.
Choose the hamper on its own, or add a tin of our Italian Oscietra caviar in 50g, 125g, 250g or 500g to make it truly memorable.

Storage
- Open the hamper on arrival and move the chilled items, such as the foie gras, lobster butter and roes, straight into the fridge.
- If your hamper includes Oscietra, keep the tin sealed at 0 to 4°C and finish it within 48 hours once opened.
- Lay the House Champagne and the Sauternes on their sides somewhere cool and dark, and keep the vodka upright.
- Larder jars such as the Sauternes jelly and fig confit go in a cool cupboard until opened, and the chocolates somewhere cool, dry and away from strong smells.
Serving
- Chill the House Champagne to 7 to 9°C and serve it with lobster butter on warm toast, or blinis topped with Keta caviar.
- Slice the blocs de foie gras for neat canapés and save the whole lobe entier jars for a plated starter, taking each out of the fridge 20 minutes ahead.
- Pour the Château Suduiraut well chilled with the foie gras, with Sauternes jelly and fig confit on the side.
- Serve the Nemiroff straight from the freezer alongside the caviar.
- Two packs of cocktail blinis give you enough for a generous canapé spread.
Delivery and returns
We aim to process and dispatch the majority of your caviar orders same-day when placed before 3PM Monday to Thursday, and 92% of them will be delivered on the next working day.
Orders after 3PM on Thursday will likely be dispatched the following working day (usually Monday) so if you need your order urgently please do get in touch with us. We pack all orders with multiple ice packs to ensure they arrive fresh and chilled so don't worry if it takes an extra day to arrive.
Same-day delivery is available in some London areas.
Our caviar lasts for 3-6 months, but once opened should be consumed within 3-4 days.
Delivery Methods & Costs
The majority of our orders are delivered via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service (up to the value of £250), with the rest going via DHL Domestic Express or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

The Really Super Hamper adds a 75cl bottle of House Champagne, 100g of lobster butter, goose and duck bloc de foie gras and a second pack of cocktail blinis to the foie gras, salmon caviar, Sauternes, vodka and chocolates.
Does the Really Super Hamper include Champagne?
Yes, a 75cl bottle of our House Champagne, alongside a 70cl bottle of Nemiroff vodka and a 37.5cl bottle of Château Suduiraut 2021 Sauternes.

What should I do when the hamper arrives?
