The caviar is pure Baerii from one of Italy's oldest and most respected outdoor farms. The eggs are dark and well defined, lightly salted, with a complex flavour that shows itself at the front of the mouth. Nemiroff is a crisp, clean Ukrainian vodka with hints of apple, lemon peel and mint.
The black gift box closes with a magnetic seal, so the caviar can be taken out and refrigerated on arrival and the gift put back together later.

Storage
- Refrigerate the caviar the moment it arrives, keeping it at 0 to 4°C in the coldest part of the fridge.
- The magnetic gift box lets you take the tin out now and reassemble the present on the day.
- Once the tin is open, eat the caviar within 48 hours, keeping it covered and chilled in between.
- Caviar should never be frozen.
- Keep the vodka upright, and put it in the freezer a few hours before you want to pour it.
Serving
- Take the tin out of the fridge ten minutes before serving and sit it on a bed of crushed ice.
- Serve with a mother of pearl, horn or glass spoon, as metal can give the eggs a faint tinny note.
- Pour the Nemiroff straight from the freezer into small chilled glasses and sip between spoonfuls.
- For canapés, spoon a little caviar onto warm blinis with crème fraîche, or over soft scrambled eggs.
- As a rough guide, 50g serves two to three people and 250g will stretch to a party.
Ingredients and allergens
Caviar: sturgeon roe (fish), salt, E285 (borax). Borax is a traditional caviar salt that helps preservation and rounds out the flavour. Contains fish. Vodka: contains alcohol. Not for sale to anyone under 18.

Delivery and returns
We aim to process and dispatch the majority of your caviar orders same-day when placed before 3PM Monday to Thursday, and 92% of them will be delivered on the next working day.
Orders after 3PM on Thursday will likely be dispatched the following working day (usually Monday) so if you need your order urgently please do get in touch with us. We pack all orders with multiple ice packs to ensure they arrive fresh and chilled so don't worry if it takes an extra day to arrive.
Same-day delivery is available in some London areas.
Our caviar lasts for 3-6 months, but once opened should be consumed within 3-4 days.

The majority of our orders are delivered via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service (up to the value of £250), with the rest going via DHL Domestic Express or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
