About The Super Hamper
Our Super Hamper is a generous traditional wicker basket packed with fine French foie gras, wild salmon caviar, Sauternes and some of our favourite larder treats. It is a classic Christmas hamper, but just as welcome as a thank you or a celebration at any time of year.
Choose the hamper on its own, or add a tin of our Italian Oscietra caviar in 50g, 125g, 250g or 500g to make it truly memorable.

Storage
- Unpack the hamper as soon as it arrives and refrigerate the chilled items, including the foie gras, the roes and anything else marked to keep cold.
- If you chose Oscietra, keep the tin sealed in the coldest part of the fridge at 0 to 4°C and eat it within 48 hours of opening.
- Store the Sauternes lying down and the vodka upright, both somewhere cool and dark.
- Truffle oil, white truffle honey, Sauternes jelly and the fig and Monbazillac confit can live in a cool cupboard until opened.
- Keep the chocolates cool and dry, away from strong smells.
Serving
- Take the foie gras out of the fridge 20 minutes before serving and pair it with the Sauternes jelly, the fig confit and a well chilled glass of Château Suduiraut.
- Warm the cocktail blinis and top them with Keta or lumpfish caviar and a little crème fraîche for easy canapés.
- Freeze the Nemiroff for a few hours and serve it ice cold with the caviar.
- Use the truffle oil sparingly over eggs, pasta or risotto, and try the white truffle honey with cheese.
- Keep the chocolate ginger, orangettes and mint chocolates for the end of the meal.
Delivery and returns
We aim to process and dispatch the majority of your caviar orders same-day when placed before 3PM Monday to Thursday, and 92% of them will be delivered on the next working day.
Orders after 3PM on Thursday will likely be dispatched the following working day (usually Monday) so if you need your order urgently please do get in touch with us. We pack all orders with multiple ice packs to ensure they arrive fresh and chilled so don't worry if it takes an extra day to arrive.
Same-day delivery is available in some London areas.
Our caviar lasts for 3-6 months, but once opened should be consumed within 3-4 days.
Delivery Methods & Costs
The majority of our orders are delivered via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service (up to the value of £250), with the rest going via DHL Domestic Express or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
