About Beluga Caviar Twin Taster Set
Some people love the large, gentle eggs and classic creaminess of pure Beluga. Others prefer the slightly punchier character of the Beluga hybrid. The only way to know which camp you are in is to taste them together, which is exactly what this set is for.
What is inside
- Royal Beluga: Huso huso x Baerii hybrid from northern Italy. Dark grey eggs of about 3mm, creamy with a fuller, more robust flavour.
- Special Reserve Beluga: pure Huso huso. Larger, lighter grey eggs of 3 to 3.5mm, subtle and creamy with hints of walnut.
- Sizes: two tins of 30g, 50g, 125g or 250g
- Saving: priced at 10% less than buying the two tins separately
Taste the Special Reserve first, as it is the more delicate of the two, and use a mother of pearl spoon so nothing gets in the way. It makes a memorable start to a dinner party and a very generous gift.
