Storage
- Store the bottle upright, as spirits can degrade the closure if laid down.
- Keep it in the freezer if you have room, so it is always ready to pour ice cold.
- Otherwise, store in a cool, dark cupboard away from heat.
- Keep the cap tightly closed after opening; an opened bottle of vodka keeps its quality for a long time.
Serving
- Serve ice cold, straight from the freezer, in small chilled shot or sipping glasses.
- Pour about 25ml per glass and sip slowly between spoonfuls of caviar rather than knocking it back.
- Pair with a classic caviar service of blinis, crème fraîche and mother of pearl spoons.
- Also excellent with smoked salmon or pickled herring as part of a zakuski spread.
Delivery and returns
We aim to process and dispatch the majority of your caviar orders same-day when placed before 3PM Monday to Thursday, and 92% of them will be delivered on the next working day.
Orders after 3PM on Thursday will likely be dispatched the following working day (usually Monday) so if you need your order urgently please do get in touch with us. We pack all orders with multiple ice packs to ensure they arrive fresh and chilled so don't worry if it takes an extra day to arrive.
Same-day delivery is available in some London areas.
Our caviar lasts for 3-6 months, but once opened should be consumed within 3-4 days.

The majority of our orders are delivered via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service (up to the value of £250), with the rest going via DHL Domestic Express or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
