Our oscietra caviar is from the Russian sturgeon and is famous for its outstanding egg quality and size, delivering a light nutty aftertaste to please the palate from a firm roe which is more pleasing with every bite. Egg colours may range from dark grey and dark olive green to golden brown with a light salt coating. Also known as asetra caviar or osetra caviar, the roe is harvested from the more mature (older) fish, hence their larger size and quality.
Try pairing with our blinis and cream cheese alongside a glass of dry champagne such as a brut or a prosecco with dry notes to balance out the flavour.

All of our caviar products should be refrigerated upon receipt and, once opened, consumed within 3-4 days. Unopened tins will be good for at least 3 months.
