Royal Beluga Caviar

Royal Beluga caviar is the pinnacle of the caviar world, bar none, offering the most perfect roe (2.9mm - 3.2mm in size) from the largest, most endangered beluga sturgeon huso huso fish. 

These beluga eggs are usually dark grey in colour and feature a fine creamy taste with the most subtle hint of walnut. Yum!

All of our caviar products should be refrigerated upon receipt and, once opened, consumed within 3-4 days. Unopened tins will be good for at least 3 months.
