Storage
- Store the bottle upright in a cool, dark place.
- Keep a bottle in the freezer for neat serving; at 40% ABV it will not freeze.
- Close the cap firmly after use to stop the spirit losing its freshness.
- Keep away from heat sources such as radiators and ovens.
Serving
- For caviar, serve neat and ice cold from the freezer in small chilled glasses.
- A 70cl bottle gives around 28 single 25ml measures, plenty for a party.
- Its apple and lemon peel notes suit a vodka tonic, a Moscow mule or a dry martini with a twist.
- Serve alongside a generous caviar platter, blinis and crème fraîche when hosting a crowd.
Delivery and returns
We aim to process and dispatch the majority of your caviar orders same-day when placed before 3PM Monday to Thursday, and 92% of them will be delivered on the next working day.
Orders after 3PM on Thursday will likely be dispatched the following working day (usually Monday) so if you need your order urgently please do get in touch with us. We pack all orders with multiple ice packs to ensure they arrive fresh and chilled so don't worry if it takes an extra day to arrive.
Same-day delivery is available in some London areas.
Our caviar lasts for 3-6 months, but once opened should be consumed within 3-4 days.
Delivery Methods & Costs
The majority of our orders are delivered via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service (up to the value of £250), with the rest going via DHL Domestic Express or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
