Care
- Wash the silver plated bowl by hand in warm soapy water and dry immediately to prevent water marks.
- Do not put the bowl in the dishwasher, as detergents strip and dull silver plate.
- Wash the glass insert separately by hand and dry with a lint-free cloth.
- Polish the bowl now and then with a soft silver cloth, avoiding harsh abrasive polishes that wear through the plating.
- Store in a dry place, ideally wrapped in a cloth or bag to slow tarnishing.
How to use it
- Fill the 16cm outer bowl with crushed ice and set the glass insert on its wire frame above it.
- Spoon caviar into the 9cm glass insert, which is about 4cm deep, so it never touches the metal.
- Serve with mother of pearl spoons to keep the caviar free of any metallic taste.
- Place it at the centre of the table with blinis, crème fraîche and Champagne or ice-cold vodka.
- Drain the meltwater and add fresh ice if serving over a long evening.
Delivery and returns
We aim to process and dispatch the majority of your caviar orders same-day when placed before 3PM Monday to Thursday, and 92% of them will be delivered on the next working day.
Orders after 3PM on Thursday will likely be dispatched the following working day (usually Monday) so if you need your order urgently please do get in touch with us. We pack all orders with multiple ice packs to ensure they arrive fresh and chilled so don't worry if it takes an extra day to arrive.
Same-day delivery is available in some London areas.
Our caviar lasts for 3-6 months, but once opened should be consumed within 3-4 days.

The majority of our orders are delivered via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service (up to the value of £250), with the rest going via DHL Domestic Express or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
